SATAN’
KINGDOM (OCCULT – PART II)

Deals with Satan’s kingdom, his
demons and his future!
SATAN! It is
the English counterpart for the Hebrew word meaning ‘adversary’. The Greeks
use the name ‘devil’ for Satan.

Due
to man’s sin, everything was put under the subjugation of Satan, and,
therefore, ‘he is also called the ruler of the world.’ (John12:31).
He
is also called the ‘devil’ (Mathew 4:1), the ‘tempter’ (Mathew4:3) and the ‘accuser’
(Revelations 12:10).
He
is the leader of the kingdom of darkness whose followers are the demons. And
therefore, Satan is also called ‘the prince of demons’ (Luke 11:15).
Satan,
unlike God, isn’t omnipresent (being present at all places at all
times).
DEMONS: They
are essentially spirit beings who consider Satan as their
lord and master. As angels are also spirits, they are called ‘evil
spirits’.

They
are numerous. When Satan (who was Lucifer, the light bearer), fell from
God’s grace, he took one third of the angels of heaven with him.
Demons
are symbolized as scavenger birds, frogs, locusts,
scorpions,
serpents
and vipers.

Demons
have a will, and can communicate with one another.
“……when
an unclean spirit goes out of man, it roams and decides to go back. But takes with him seven other spirits”.
(Mathew 12:43-45; Luke 11: 24-26).
THE FUTURE OF SATAN: Satan’s world is wrongly
portrayed as one in which he is tormenting sinners who have died and gone
to hell. He is incorrectly depicted as a
ruler of his fiery hell.
The truth is that God has banished Satan,
and his demons, to an eternity of hell- one in which he is punished for all
eternity.
So,
if Satan reminds you of your past, (one which you have repented of, and changed
in Christ), then you remind him of his future.
