SATAN’S WORLD OF DEMONOLOGY (OCCULT—PART I)

OCCULT: It denotes the kingdom of darkness!

IT’S RULER: Satan, also called the Devil.

 

HIS KINGDOM: He rules his kingdom world, with its ascending hierarchy of demons, which consist of: principalities, and powers, and rulers of darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places.

 

THE NATURAL & THE SUPERNATURAL

WORLDS:

          We all live in the natural world. And some of us believe that there is a supernatural world, whether it is the kingdom of God alone, or the kingdom of God along with the kingdom of Satan.

THE TWO WORLDS INTERMINGLE:

          The mistake most people do is to try and separate the two worlds, i.e. the natural and the supernatural. They believe that the natural world operates on one level, while the supernatural on another.

          Therefore they try and explain every occurrence in the natural world with natural logic i.e. by scientific reasoning. And when they fail to come to a logical scientific conclusion, they wave it off as an inadequate advancement in science.

           And if they are told that these phenomena, could be, or most probably are, due to the influence or the supernatural on the natural i.e. by the action of evil spirits or demons, they just laugh it off, saying, that they are not superstitious, and do not believe in such nonsense.

           What they fail to realize that there is an overlapping of these two worlds. And not only some of the strange and unexplained phenomena that occurs, but also many mental and physical diseases that exist in the world today, are the direct result of the interaction between these two worlds.

          And, if one wants to be truly powerful and free, one has first of all stop living in denial, accept that these two worlds exist simultaneously, and that they definitely have a powerful influence on one another. And only then can one learn to exert the power of the kingdom of light over that of the kingdom of darkness, and enjoy total freedom and victory! 

          In my subsequent articles I have described in detail Satan’s kingdom, exposed the modus operande of him and his demons, causing: anxiety and panic attacks, the three A. M. nightmares, voices in the head and schizophrenia, oppression, obsession and possession, mental illness, poor self image, temptations, wounds that do not heal, and much, much more.

          But most important of all, the simple practical way to counter and successfully overcome each and every one of them!

 GAYS AND LESBIANS - HEALING

          More important than arguing, by taking either a scientific or a Biblical stand, is finding a solution!

 

         

           Science says that the problem is in the genes! And therefore the cause has nothing to do with psychological issues such as bad upbringing, a domineering mother or being raped in childhood, to name a few.

The Biblical stand is very clear:

          “Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers…..nor homosexual offenders……will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1Corinthians 6:9).

          “If a man lies with a man…….they must be put to death.” (Leviticus 20:13).

          God would definitely not condemn an innocent man or woman. Therefore there has to be a solution!

          God created man and woman to procreate. And therefore, any other relationship is unacceptable!

A balance between science and the Bible:

          If we accept the fact that gays and lesbians are the consequences of errant genes, and we stop there, then, instead of finding a lasting solution, we accept them and condone their actions.

          But a cure has to be sought for because God will not judge someone because of the condition he or she is in, but will definitely judge us as to how we respond to that situation!

          And there is definitely a cure for this problem!! 

Jesus surrounded by sexual temptation: During His three and a half years of ministry, Jesus spent prime time with a few people He knew intimately. They were the twelve apostles who were all male. There were also some women who followed and supported Him in His work.

          But a sexual scandal never occurred! The men, some married and away from their wives, followed Him for months on end. They were closely closeted, living and sleeping together. There were times when Jesus got up early in the morning and went a short distance to pray, leaving the men sleeping together. There were other times when He sent them to preach, and they were away for days on end.

          Jesus and His team were continuously under the scrutiny of the religious leaders, the Pharisees and the Sadducees, who even sent men to spy on them. And these leaders even brought false witnesses to testify against Jesus during His trial.

          But, in spite of them willing to stoop down to any level, they were unable to implicate Jesus or His men in any sexual scandal, so that they could not discredit the message by discrediting the Messenger!

          Besides, no mention of any sexual sin involving His men was ever mentioned in the Gospels. If it had occurred, it would have definitely have been mentioned. Jesus would have exposed and handled it  just as He had handled the woman caught in adultery.

          But there was no sexual scandal! And that was because of the very powerful presence of Jesus.

THE ULTIMATE INFALLABLE TREATMENT:

          Firstly accept it as a disease, and be willing to eradicate it!

          Just as Adam’s sin resulted in a genetic curse for all mankind, similarly these victims are the result of a genetic problem.

          But just as the curse of the genetic sin of Adam was neutralized by the power of the Cross, similarly the genetic curse facing gays and lesbians can definitely be obliterated by the blood of Jesus.

          Lazarus is an excellent example. Just as his, many days, dead and rotting body was brought to life, proving that in nature a reversal procedure can take place, similarly an aberrant gene can definitely be changed back into a normal one so that it could do what it had been initially created for!

          The Bible challenges us to act: “Put to death…..sexual immorality.” (Colossians 3:5). Therefore the solution is in our hands. It is left to us to act. But we cannot do so in our own strength.

          And therefore, for those who are bound in homosexuality or lesbianism, they should invite Jesus into their lives by receiving the Holy Spirit. It’s as easy as taking in a breath of air!

WOMEN FULFILLING GOD’S WILL

MARY, JESUS’ MOTHER: Walked in utter obedience to the Lord. When the angel told her that she will be with child, she blindly accepted. 
(Luke 1: 29 – 34). 

          Imagine, even today, a fourteen year old unmarried girl pregnant with child. And she experienced it two thousand years ago.

ESTHER: Mordecai, King Xerxes’ adviser, had managed to get the king to sign an edict to have all the Jews annihilated!

          But Esther, at the risk of her own life, went uninvited into the presence of the king and convinced him, not only have Mordecai killed, but to reverse the edict and allow the Jews to avenge themselves on their enemies who had sought to destroy them.

RUTH: Leaving the security of her family she opted to go with her mother-in-law, Naomi to an unknown land to dwell with strange people who worshiped a God unknown to her.

          But in faith she declared to Naomi, “Your people will be my people, and your God my God” (Ruth 1: 16). She was wedded to Boaz, and their offspring became one of the ancestors of Christ Jesus.

SHIPHRAH AND PUAH: Were the two midwives at the time when Moses was born. Because the Israelites, as slaves in Egypt, grew in numbers and strength, the Pharaoh commanded them to kill all the male babies.

           But, out of reverence to the Lord, they disobeyed, thereby saving many babies, including Moses. And God rewarded them, by giving them families of their own! (Exodus 1: 15 – 21).

 MOSES’ MOTHER AND SISTER: Because of the edict to kill all male babies, Moses’ mother hid him. But when he was three months old, and couldn't hide him anymore, she got a papyrus basket and coated it with tar and pitch. She put the child into the basket and placed it among the reeds along the bank of the river Nile.

          The Pharaoh’s daughter, while bathing in the river, spotted the basket. Moses’ sister, who had been instructed to keep an eye on the child, offered to get a woman to nurse the child. Moses’ mother nursed the child and when he grew up was adopted by the daughter of Pharaoh. (Genesis 2: 1 – 10).

WORMHOLE AND BIBLE

WORMHOLE and BIBLE

What is a wormhole? A hypothetical concept in physics, it is an imaginary tunnel that connects two different points in space-time. Theoretically, the entry and exit of the tunnel could be in the same universe or in different universes, making it possible to travel between the two in a short time.

WORMHOLE

          The term was coined by physicist John Wheeler in 1957. He provided the first diagram of a wormhole as we know it.

          Some physicists like to believe that there are naturally occurring wormholes in space created during the Big bang which will make time travel across various distances in time possible.

Wormholes and the Bible: There are several examples in the Bible, when not only Jesus, but ordinary Christians like you and I, have traveled through the wormhole and circumvented space-time!

Lord Jesus transcends time and space!

                1) After the famous miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes and after Jesus walks on water, He gets into the boat and: ‘immediately they reached the shore toward which they had been slowly making their way’ (Jh.6:21). In a split second, He, the boat and the disciples were transported, ACROSS TIME AND SPACE, to reach the other shore!

                 There were two occasions when Jesus was surrounded by his enemies who wanted to kill Him. But he just walks through them. (John 8:59; 10:39).

                There are boundaries of time-space-matter which have been surmounted, by not only Jesus, but also by ordinary people, because He had said, when He was on earth, that we can do even greater deeds than which were accomplished by Him. So we have a definite promise.

Jacob’s wormhole: He had a dream in Bethel in which he saw a stairway or ladder, resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. (Genesis 28: 12).

          And Jacob realized that this ladder was the gate of heaven. (Genesis 28: 17).

          There are seven levels of heaven, and this ladder seen by Jacob probably led to the lowest level. And the ‘heaven’ he saw was nothing but another dimension, and the ‘ladder’ a wormhole leading to it!

Jesus’ disciple, Philip transcends time and space!

                Philip was sent by God to expound the Scriptures to an important Ethiopian official. However, after faithfully completing his mission, he travels through a wormhole.

                Philip is between Jerusalem and Gaza and in the next instant he finds himself in Azotus, several miles away. (Acts 8: 26-40).

                Therefore, in the article, ‘Power over time, space and matter,’ (in this blog) I have shown, with examples, how these boundaries can be surmounted by ordinary people, making us truly free and powerful.

MEN FULFILLING GOD'S WILL

MEN FULFILLING GOD’S WILL

MOSES: He represented the Law. He was there when Jesus needed him. The Lord used him to free His people from slavery and lead them to the Promised Land.

           Moses totally depended on Jesus, asking His advice at every stage (Numbers 9:6). And they developed a personal relationship. God called him a friend with whom He could speak face to face.

ELIJAH: He represented the prophets. He brought the Israelites back to the Lord. (1Kings 18: 14 - 46).

          Elijah’s achievement (similar to John the Baptist) was “…….to turn the hearts of their fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous……” (Mathew 17:9-13 ; Mark 9:9-13; Luke 1-17).

JOSEPH: The foster father of Jesus, takes God at His word, and accepts Mary in her pregnant state.

           He faithfully and diligently takes care of both the mother and her infant Son.

PETER, JOHN and JAMES: These three belonged to the core group of Jesus-because they were of one mind with the Lord.

          They made His life, their life. His ministry became their ministry. His very thoughts and purposes became their own.

          They were always with Him during His three and a half years of ministry, continuously learning open-mindedly, and being ministered to by Him, readying themselves for their own ministry, which was only a continuation of His own thoughts and purposes, which they continued after the death and resurrection of the Lord. They gave up everything for the Lord, and He in turn spent prime time with them.

          Paul in his letter to the Galatians praises them: “James, Peter and John, those reputed to be pillars……” (Galatians 2:9, 10).

JOHN THE BAPTIST: He was sent before the Christ, “to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” (Luke 1: 17).

          He was “a voice calling in the desert……..preparing a way for the Lord………so all mankind will see God’s salvation.” (Luke 3: 4).

          He preached repentance and baptized them. He confessed that he was not the Christ, though he even baptized the Lord, but in true humility confessed that he was not even worthy to untie the throngs of the Lord’s sandals.

          Today, we too can be in His core group and even become His friend. It’s easy. Just do His will! Evangelize!!

GETTING INTO HEAVEN

GETTING INTO HEAVEN

GOOD NEWS: Everyone has to die!

          You may challenge me by asking, what about Enoch and Elijah, just to name two of the many, who were taken body and soul to heaven.

            However, I still reiterate that everyone has to die! And that is because, your idea and my idea of death, are not one and the same.

WHAT IS DEATH?

          Death is the separation of the person’s spirit from the body and soul.

          What does the Bible say about those who are taken up in rapture? That they will get new heavenly bodies. Therefore, since there was a separation of their spirit from that of their bodies, in a way, they too underwent death!

          The Sadducees asked Jesus about the woman who had married seven times: whose wife would she be in heaven? And Jesus had explained that after death the heavenly bodies would be different from what we have here. We would be like the angels in heaven. (Luke 20:27-38).

 WHO DECIDES WHETHER YOU GO TO HEAVEN OR NOT?

          It’s not God. The decision is made by you!

THE ROAD TO HEAVEN.

          A journey needs a road. And that road is Jesus!! He is the ‘way’!

          “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except through Me.” (John 14:6).

          The early Church was called ‘The Way’.

THE VEHICLE WHICH TAKES YOU TO HEAVEN: It’s FAITH!

Who raised Jesus from the dead?

          If you say: ‘God the Father,’ then you are claiming that Jesus had no power and that there are two Gods.

          The truth is that Jesus walked in total FAITH! And it was by this faith that He raised Himself from the dead.

           And what part did God the Father play?

          God and Jesus are the same: “I and the Father are one.”

WHAT IS HEAVEN? It is more like a ‘dimension’ or ‘state.’

          Jesus tells us: “See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of My Father in heaven”. (Mathew 18:10).

          So how do you explain that an angel, who needs to be with the child (who is on earth), in order to protect the little one, can always see the face of God, Who is in heaven?

          Because heaven is not a place somewhere else, but, in a way, ‘all around us’. But because we cannot see it, we imagine it is above us and we look upwards for it.

FANTASTIC NEWS:

          But before I tell you what heaven is, I want you to promise me, that just before you die, you will accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Then when you die you, will definitely go to heaven.

          But you say that you’ll are already ‘committed Christians?’

          Then here’s the fantastic news: You are already in heaven! You do not have to die to attain that status- you have already attained it!

Let me explain: A name-plate indicates the presence of the person.

          Throughout the Bible we come across the expression “the name of the Lord.” It indicates His presence.

          For example, as per the Proverb 18: 10: The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run to it and they are saved.

          Where do we the righteous run to? Do we write the word ‘LORD’ on the wall and run to it? No, because the ‘name’ indicates the presence of the Lord.

          In the same way, when the Bible tells us that our names are written in the Book of life, it indicates that we already are citizens of heaven! When we close our eyes in death, we simultaneously open them in heaven!

WHAT IS 'CONFESSION' REALLY ALL ABOUT?

WHAT IS ‘CONFESSION’ REALLY ALL ABOUT?

The deeper meaning of ‘confession of sins’!

          To really understand and fully appreciate what Jesus really meant when He spoke about confession of sins and the forgiveness that followed, one has to interlink the four Gospels that deal with the instructions He gave to His disciples after His resurrection. (References are given below).                                                                  

JESUS GIVING THE GREAT COMMISSION

FIRST: He appeared to them to give them ‘The Great Commission’, that is, to make disciples by baptism.                                                        

SECOND: He identified Himself by showing them His nail pierced hands and feet.

                                                             

 

                                      

THIRD: He reassured them by telling them not to be afraid and filled them with joy. Some were still not sure, so He opened their minds.        
        Also, He breathed on them telling them ‘to receive the Holy Spirit’.                                                   

JESUS BLESSES HIS DISCIPLES

FOURTH: He commanded them to preach the Gospel. And all those who repent and believe would be saved. And these were to be baptized! And all those who did not believe were automatically condemned!!

                                                           

APOSTLES PREACHING 

IMPORTANT: The Lord spoke thus, “if you forgive their sins they are forgiven, and if you do not forgive their sins they are not forgiven.”

          What sins was the Lord talking about? Was it murder, adultery etc? No!! He was speaking about them accepting or rejecting Him, and His provision for salvation.                                                                 

          Because the real reason the Ten Commandments were given, was not just to obey them, but to show that we could never reach a sinless state. And would ultimately need a Savior!

           “So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith.” (Galatians 3:24).

         

            Do you think that the last instructions that the Lord would give His disciples before He permanently left them, was on how to lead a good life? Definitely not! He had come in order that we are saved, and so His final instruction was all about salvation.

          His key word of instruction was ‘preach’!                                                   

MODERN DAY EVANGELISTS

“……….so the word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11).
